* Ingredients :
- 120g of unsalted butter
- 170g of pastry flour
- 1 egg
- 70g sugar powder
- A pinch of salt

* How to make :
- Stir 120g of butter at room temperature until smooth
- Add 70g of sugar powder and mix
- Add an egg and a pinch of salt and mix
- Put 170g of pastry flour in a sieve and mix it
- Place dough in a pastry bag and shape into a round shape
- Bake in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes and chill to finish

- 계란 1개
- 슈가파우더 70g (슈가파우더 없을 시 설탕을 믹서로 갈아서 사용)
- 소금 한꼬집

* 만드는 방법 :
- 상온에 미리 꺼내놓은 무염버터 120g을 부드러운 질감이 될때까지 저어줍니다
- 슈가파우더 70g을 넣어 섞어줍니다
- 계란 1개와 소금 한꼬집을 넣고 섞어줍니다
- 박력분 170g을 체에 내려 섞어줍니다
- 반죽을 짤주머니에 담아 동그랗게 모양을 내줍니다
- 180도 오븐에서 15분간 구워서 한김 식혀주면 완성!
