Makes: 30 Shortbread Stars
150 Grams Plain Flour
75 Grams Grated Parmesan
100 Grams Soft Unsalted Butter
1 Large Egg Yolk
Preheat the oven to 180°C 350ºF and bake for 15–20 minutes.
When they should be just beginning to turn a pale gold at the edges, remove from the oven to cool on the tray for 5 minutes and move to a rack to cool further.
