This dish originated in the northern part of the Philippines specifically Ilocandia where my husband is from, I was not used to eating their food but learn how to adapt when we started living together and had our first baby where his parents help us take care of him while we both work.

Ingredients

1 tilapia or any fish (fried / grilled)
3 cups saluyot
1 medium sweet potato
1 medium ampalaya (bitter melon / gourd)
7 pcs okra
1 cup string beans / sitaw
3 medium egg plant
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
ginger
2 tbsp fish sauce (bagoong isda)
2 cups water or more as required
cooking oil
