Ingredients

Hopia filling
4 large onions
4 stem onion leaks (optional)
1 cup oil
1/2 cup margarine
400 grams sugar
20 grams salt
1 pork cube
1 kilo third class flour

Water dough (1st. Dough)
1 kilo bread flour
10 grams salt
2 cups lard
2 cups water

Oil dough/paste (2nd dough)
2 cups third class flour
80 grams lard
80 grams margarine
1/2 cup oil

1 egg for eggwash

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 20-25 mins. Or until golden brown
