There are a lot of Korean food that I love and one of them is the famous Korean street food Tteokbokki 떡볶이 (Topokki / Dukbokki) also known as the Korean Spicy Rice Cake. I love that it is so delicious and very easy to make. In fact, it is one of the very first Korean food recipes that I have learned to make way back when the world isn't too crazy about Korean dramas and KPOP.
