RNY Gastric Bypass Post Op - Baked Ricotta Recipe For Soft Foods Stage / Phase 2
Shelly's Baked Ricotta Recipe for Phase 2 WLS diets. Soft/Puree stage.
Ingredients:
8 oz - Ricotta Cheese
.5 C - Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 LG - Beaten Egg
2 TSP - Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to Taste
.5 C - Marinara Sauce
.5 C - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl except for the marinara sauce. Spread cheese mixture into backing dish. Spread marinara sauce on top of cheese mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
