Real Irish Coffee, Homemade Bailey's & Celtic Twilight

We learned to make IRISH COFFEE and IT IS AMAZING! I know what you're thinking, it's so simple how can it really blow your mind? WELL, Natalie did a deep dive into the history or Irish Coffee and found the original recipe by Joe Sheridan and it's literally what dreams are made of (Well, except for the whole coffee= no sleep thing). She also found a fantastic homemade Baileys (see also: Irish Cream) recipe AND it is To Die For. AAAANNND she found a cocktail called the Celtic Twilight. Let's just say this Saint Patrick's Day is going to be the GREATEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!!!
