How to make Fried Breadsticks / khmer cha kvai

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
Note : For every thing like this if the mixture turn out too dry we can add more water as needed .
If it turn out too soft we also can add more flour as needed too .(Because different kind of flour contain different amount of protein ,and also it depend on the outside temperature and weather too ,so just adjust as needed to form a nice and soft dough .the dough should be soft to be touch after kneaded).

How to make fried breadsticks : Another Recipes for the fried bread sticks work just good too ;

Note : 1 cup of flour is about 120g ,
1 cup of water is 250 milliliters

4 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (use Just all purpose with no adding any other flour is fine too .Add rice flour for the more crispy once, And if we want the soft once add sweet rice flour).

1 tsps. of baking soda
3 tsps. of baking powder

1tsp of salt
2tsps of sugar

1 egg
1tbsp of vegetable oil
1cup and 100 ml of water (add 1 to 2 tbsps. more as need , If the dough turn out too dried .the dough should be soft)

Note : For this recipe (In the Video) we add 1/4 cup of rice flour to make the crispy fried breadsticks .

Correction : I do missed one "b" in the listed for the vegetable oil on the video , it suppose to listed 2Tbsps (2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ) because I did add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the video , sorry for the missing "b" that can turn the tablespoon to the teaspoon .
Sorry about that , hopefully it is not ruin the whole Recipe .
