Yakhni Pulao is a happy dinner with family. This dish is
great as a main dish to serve in the weekend meal and
for weddings. It is rich and tasty food from around the

Ingredients:
For Yakhni:
1 – Kg: Chicken
1 – Whole Garlic
2 – Small Size: Onions
1 – Tab: Ginger
3 – Tbs: Coriander Seeds
3 – Small Pieces of Cinnamons
2 – Black Cardamoms
9 – Green Cardamoms
9 – Cloves
1 – Tsp: Black Pepper
1 – Bay Leaf and
1 – Tsp: Salt
For Pulao:
2 – Medium Size: Onions
1 – Cup: Cooking Oil
2 – Tbs: Ginger Garlic (Chopped)
1 – Tab: Cumin Seeds
1 – Bay Leaf
3 – Small Size of Cinnamons
2 – Black Cardamoms
7 – Green Cardamoms
5 – Cloves
½ - Tsp: Black Pepper
1 – Tsp: Kewra Essence / 1 - Tab: Kewra Water
1 - Tsp: Salt
1 - Tsp: Garam Masala Powder
For Cooking Rice:
Water + Yakhni
Note:
First you will mix Yakhni into water and then you will take 1-1/2 glass for 1 glass of rice
