HOW TO MAKE FRANGIPANE (almond tart filling)

Frangipane is simply easy and magical. It is a delicate baked tart filling made with ground almond or hazelnut.

A beginner skill level is required and the results are spectacular.

Add a little vanilla to the batter at any stage for supercharged frangipane!! Try using fresh figs, plums or peaches, even stewed pear or quince for excellent results.
