Ingrediants..
1. Besan/Gram Flour /Chickpea flour -1/2cup
2. Salt to taste
3. Black pepper -1/4ts
4. Baking powder -1/2ts
5. Baking soda -1/4ts
6. Water -1/2cup
7. Potato -2
8. Garam Masala -1/4ts
9. Red chilli powder -1/4ts
10. Lemon -1ts
11. Cheese
12. Carrot
13. Beetroot
14. Onion
15. Tomato
16. Corriander
17. Oil
Method...
Take a bowl ..add Besan, Salt to taste,Black pepper, baking powder, baking soda and water mix it well.
Take a grated boiled potato… add Salt to taste, Garam masala, Red chilli powder, lemon, corriander …mix it well aloo bharta ready..
Take a pan , keep flame on low, grease with oil and pour it.. cover for 30sec. then add grated carrot, beetroot, onion, tomato,corriander then keep small quantity of aloo bharta and roll it. grate some cheese and sprinkle corriander. our tasty and healthy besan Roll is ready serve with salad..
