Ingredients
- 100 ml Warm water
- 100 ml Carrot juice warmed
- 200 g Strong white bread flour
- 200 g Country grain bread flour
- 50 g Rice Wild, cooked and cooled
- 100 g Carrot(s) grated
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 1¼ tsp Easy bake yeast

                        1Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the basic white program. 
- 
                        2Remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth. 
- 
                        3Shape the dough into an oblong. 
- 
                        4Place onto a greased baking sheet, cut slats across the top and leave to prove until double in size. 
- 
                        5Bake at 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5) for 30 minutes.
