    Place the jam, molasses, soy sauce, orange zest and juice, ginger, garlic, and spring onions in a small pan. Heat until the molasses and jam is dissolved. Stir and leave to cool completely. Add the coriander.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 4 tbsp Plum jam
    • 2 tbsp Unrefined molasses sugar
    • 6 tbsp Soy sauce light
    • 1 Orange(s) zest and juice
    • Ginger fresh, peeled and grated
    • 2 Garlic clove(s) peeled and finely chopped
    • 2 Spring onions finely chopped
    • 3 tbsp Coriander (fresh)

    When completely cooled, pour into a shallow bowl and add the pork chops. Marinade for 30 minutes.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 4 Pork chop(s)

    Heat a griddle until smoking (could also be cooked on the barbecue) and add the pork chops and cook for for 6-8 minutes, then turn them over and cook for a further 8-10 minutes, brushing regularly with the marinade. Cook until the chops are thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Serve with a mixed salad and potato wedges.
