For the filling
- 2 Bramley apple(s) peeled, cored and diced.
 - 1 tbsp Truvia granulated sweetener
 - 2 tbsp Water
 
For the crumble topping
- 100 g Plain white flour
 - 100 g Margarine
 - 2 tbsp Truvia granulated sweetener
 - 100 g Porridge oats
 - 1 tsp Cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4).

Place the diced apple in a heavy bottomed saucepan, add the sweetener to taste and the water, then bring to a simmer and cook the apples for about five minutes, until tender.
For this step you'll need:
- 2 Bramley apple(s) peeled, cored and diced.

To make the crumble mix the flour and margarine together to get breadcrumb texture, then stir in the sweetener, oats and cinnamon.
For this step you'll need:
- 100g Plain white flour

 - 2 tbsp Truvia granulated sweetener
 - 100g Porridge oats
 - 1tsp Cinnamon

Spoon the apple into four ramekin dishes then top with a thick layer of crumble topping. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
