Little lemon pots - recipe

Put the ingredients into a pan and heat gently, stirring occasionally. Bring to the boil and gently for 5 minutes.
For this step you'll need:
- 900ml Double cream
- 250g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 4 Lemon(s) zest and juice
Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a jug.
Pour the mixture into ramekin dishes or small coffee cups and chill overnight before serving.
