    Place the flour, salt, sugar, vegetable fat, yeast and water into a mixer with a dough hook attachment.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 600g Strong white bread flour
    • 1tsp Salt
    • 1tsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar
    • 15g Vegetable fat hard, white
    • 1 Easy bake yeast sachet

    Mix to a soft dough, knead for 5 minutes.

    If mixing by hand, put the dry ingredients into a bowl and sprinkle on the yeast.

    Mix to a soft dough, turn onto a floured board and knead for 10 minutes.

    Roll into one large rope and place on a greased baking tray.

    Prove intil doubled in size.  Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan, gas mark 7).

    Bake for up to 40 minutes.

    Slice into 12 slices, bake the slices for 10 minutes until crisp, drizzle with olive oil and serve with the tomatoes and parmesan.

    For this step you'll need:

    • Olive oil to drizzle
    • 6 Plum tomatoes
