    Place the yeast in the bottom of the bread machine, add the flour, salt and sugar.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 2tsp Easy bake yeast
    • 450g Strong white bread flour
    • 1tsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar

    Beat  the eggs and add to the flour. Pour on the water and milk and cooled butter.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 2 Egg(s) (free range)
    • 6 tbsp Water
    • 2 tbsp Milk (whole)
    • 125g Butter (unsalted) melted and cooled

    Set machine to the basic white bread setting (approx. 4 hours).
