- 2 tbsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar
 - 150 ml Yoghurt Plain
 - 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 - 100 g Raspberries frozen
 - 50 g Muesli
 - 150 ml Milk semi-skimmed or skimmed

Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
