For the cookie dough...
75g soft unsalted butter
115g light soft brown sugar
55g caster sugar
1 lg egg
1 lg egg yolk
145g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
100g chocolate chips

For the brownie...
165g dark choc chips
165g cold unsalted butter, chopped
330g caster sugar
3 lg eggs
45g cocoa powder
120g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
