How to cook duck meat with coconut milk, spicy hasher mangsho vuna recipe, duck curry recipe #INGREDIENTS:

1 kg duck meat / hash er mangsho
1 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp zinger paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
4 bay leaves
3 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves
2 tsp salt (depends on taste)
2 cup coconut milk (1 coconut milk)
1/4th cup mustard oil

How to cook duck meat with coconut milk, spicy hasher mangsho vuna recipe, duck curry recipe #PROCEDURE:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves. Fry all.

Add chopped onion. Fry onion until transparent colour.

Add garlic paste, zinger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Stir and sauté all for 2 minutes.

Add washed duck meat. Stir and mix all properly. In duck meat, enough water and oil drain from meat. So we have to sauté this meat with taking more times. After mixing with spices, cover pan for 1 hour in low medium flame.

In between this 1 hour, open lid for 2- 3 times and stir meat. Around 1 hour later, watch that drain’s water getting dry. Then add coconut milk. Here I use 1 whole coconut’s milk. You can use ½ of one coconut’s milk and can add milk and water together. Stir and mix all properly. Now cover pan for 1 hour in low-medium flame. In this 1 hour, meat will be perfectly sodden.

1 hour later open the lid. Check if the meat is sodden. Also taste the salt. If duck meat is well cooked and gravy is perfect then put off the flame.

Now serve and enjoy this yummy duck meat with coconut milk with rice.
