Anzac Day Biscuits | Tobie Puttock

Ozzie cousin of the Food Tube family Tobie Puttock is cooking up this classic biscuit recipe to mark Anzac Day - the Australasian day of remembrance. Sweet, crisp and super easy to make, Anzac Biscuits were first developed in World War I when wives wanted to treat husbands serving in the Australian and New Zealand Army Corp (ANZAC). Full of tasty oats, desiccated coconut and golden syrup these biscuits have stood the test of time and are as popular today as they were almost a century ago.
