सामग्री:
सफेद / ब्राउन ब्रेड के 8 टुकड़े

बैटर बनाने के लिए:
1 कप बेसन
½ कप सूजी / सूजी
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 चम्मच तेल
1 चम्मच चीनी
1 चम्मच एनो
भराई के लिए:
1/4 कप प्याज बारीक कटा हुआ
1/4 कप गाजर बारीक कटी हुई
1/4 कप बीन्स बारीक कटी हुई
1/4 कप लाल बेल मिर्च बारीक कटी
1/4 कप शिमला मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
2 चम्मच तेल
Ard चम्मच सरसों के बीज
चुटकी भर हींग
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1/4 टी स्पून गरम मसाला
1/4 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
नींबू के रस की कुछ बूंदें
2 चम्मच टमाटर केचप या आवश्यकतानुसार
1/4 टीस्पून काली मिर्च
तड़के के लिए:
1 चम्मच तेल
1 चम्मच सरसों के बीज
कुछ करी पत्तों की टहनी
हरी मिर्च के 2 टुकड़े लम्बाई में काट लें

Ingredients:
8 pieces of white/brown bread
To make Batter:
1 cup gram flour
½ cup semolina/suji
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Eno
For stuffing:
1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot finely chopped
1/4 cup beans finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
2 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seed
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
Few drops of lemon juice
2 tsp tomato ketchup or as required
1/4 tsp black pepper
For tempering:
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
Few sprigs of curry leaves
2 pieces of green chilly slit lengthwise
