PROCESSING A BEAVER FOR MEAT AND THE TABLE

People have been asking a-lot how to prepare a beaver for the table. This is one way to cut it up and make a roast and some back-straps for the grill or pan-frying. I am going to do a video on cooking the tail also. There is a link to the roasted beaver video if you haven't seen it.
