Once the ghee is hot enough add the eat and brown both sides, then add the grated onions and fry for 6 to 7 minutes; after add the turmeric powder and continue frying for 2 minutes; then add the garlic and ginger paste, mix it well and fry for 2 minutes; then add the coriander powder and mix and fry for about 1 minute; then add the red chilli pepper powder, mix and fry for 1 minute; then add the grated tomatoes and mix well and continue frying for about 2 to 3 minutes; then it is time to add the coconut powder and chopped fresh or dry coriander, mix well and fry for 1 minute and at the end add the garam masala & salt and mix it and fry for a minute.

Cover the pot and let is cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes uncover the pot, add 1 glass of water to it and mix well, bring the temperature to medium to low and let it cook until the meat is completely cooked and tender. Once you see you meat is soft and cooked perfectly, it is time to remove it from the heat and adding to the serving plate. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander. You can serve this food with bread or rice both.

You can always adjust the spicy taste by increasing or decreasing the amount of spices and the red chilli pepper powder. Hope you like it and enjoy.
