200g / 7oz Milk with half tsp of vanilla extract in
110 / 4oz Butter
110 / 4oz Sultanas
55g / 2oz Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda or Baking Soda
Butter for Spreading
Strawberry Jam for Spreading
Icing or Powdered Sugar for Dusting
The Chantilly Cream
350mls Double or Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1½ tsp Icing or Powdered Sugar
