Preparing Hamburger Meat From Deer You Harvest This Season

By processing your own deer you can finish off your hunt with your head held high. You can now be assured that you have done all you can to get the most out of the animal you have harvested. Much of the meat from the deer we harvest go to hamburger. Sausage and hamburger are on the top of our list for uses with our deer. You can find many videos on my channel showing how to prepare wild game and how to process them. If yo are gong to make you own hamburger, then get a good grinder and a stuffer. Also it is good to have a vacuum sealer to help preserve this meat that you have worked so hard to get. Also by mixing a fatty hamburger meat with you ground deer meat then you can get a very nice mixture for the hamburger that you will use thoughout the coming year. I
