Rainbow Wraps - Veggie, Meat or Raw - Your Choice - Triple Delicious - Easy Real Whole Food Fast !
A fabulous way to add more raw food and phytonutrients to your everyday. Use tortillas, whole raw savoy cabbage leaves or nori sheets for wrapping with spicy hummus or cream cheese spread and fill with a rainbow of veggies.
Make your spread "glue" with 2 tbsp MWL Spice Blend mixed in 1 cup cream cheese OR hummus OR sprouted raw hummus. Recipes for Raw Vegan Cream Cheese and other Spreads below.
MWL Hummus Recipe: Vegan or Raw Vegan as desired.
1 cup chickpeas or garbanzo beans / cooked drained or sprouted raw - (with raw sprouted chick peas add a few cashews to the soak to give it more rich softness.)
juice of half a soft yellowish lime.
1 tablespoons tahini (raw brown unhulled if desired)
1 big clove organic purple garlic
sea salt to taste
1-2 tablespoons olive oil or hemp oil
Throw everything in the blender and whir it together. Add a few tbsp water as needed to blend. Stir in 2 Tbsp MWL Spice Blend and let marinate 1-2 hours to let flavours blend.
For Vegan Cream Cheese: 1 350g block extra firm organic tofu blended with 1 jar nayonaise/veganaise. Gorgeous...for dip or spread. Add a little less nayonaise if you want it thicker.
For Raw Vegan Cream Cheese:
or Incredible Raw Vegan Dip... (add a little more water)
1 zucchini (peel if you have to have white dip, but green is yummy!)
3-4 tbsp water (as little as needed to blend it)
1 juice of organic lemon
2 big tbsp raw coconut oil
1 big Tbsp raw sesame tahini
1/2 cup soaked raw cashews
sea salt to taste.
Blend all ingredients in a vitamix. Mix 1 cup dip base with 2 Tbsp Made with Love Spice Blend. Any Flavour! YUM.
