डिंकाचे लाडू/हिवाळ्यात अतिशय फायदेशीर/सांदे दुखी दूर ठेवणारे/लहान मोठे सर्वाण साठी चविष्ट लाडू
DINKACHE LADOO,Also known as gond ke ladoo.made during winter season, it gives warmth and prevents joint pains
Ingredients-
grated dry coconut- 250 gms
dry dates - 250 gms
cashew nuts - 100 gms
almonds - 100gms
raisins- 50 gms
sesame seeds - 100gms
poppy seeds - 100 gms
edible gum - 100 gms
jaggery - 300 gms
ghee - 300 gms
nutmeg powder - 1 tsp
cardamom powder - 2 tsp
Method-
remove the seeds of dry dates and make into pieces. now take pan heat sufficient ghee in it. deep fry edible gum , dont put all at a time. as it increase in size. deep fry for 1 min till it becomes fluffy.
once done keep aside . now dry roast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dry grated coconut and raisis for a min for 2. without changing its colour. and keep aside. now in same pan take 2 tsp ghee , roast dry dates, cashew nuts and almond. for a min or 2. seperately and keep aside separately. now after roasting all ingredients. grind dry dates, cashew and almond separetely in a powder form and keep aside . but when you grind cashew and almond, remove some coarse pieces of it, and then grind rest into powder form. now in a pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp ghee,add jaggery and melt jaggery, dont over cook jaggery and make caramel, it just have to melt. once melted, add the mixture and mix well. remove in platter and mix again properly. make ladoos, when it is slightly hot or warm, dont let it cool ,or else you will find difficult to bind it. you can add more ghee while making ladoos if required.once ladoos are made ,keep in airtight jar ,this ladoos you can keep for 3 to 4 weeks. do not touch with wet hands or ele it wont last for many days.
