Jelly Layered Pudding Recipe | Pudding without Agar Agar | Christmas Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

For Biscuit layer

180 gms Digestive Biscuit (powdered)
40 gms Butter (melted)

Pour the biscuit mixture in to mould & spread evenly.. Referigerate for 10 min to set.

For Milk pudding

1 cup (255ml) Full Cream Milk
120 ml condensed milk
2 tbspn Corn Flour
1/4 th tspn Vanilla flavour

Mix well & than cook until it thickens..Pour a thick layer on top of biscuit mixture..keep in referigerator for 15 min.


For Jelly

Jelly Packet of your choice
120 ml Boiling Water
60 ml cold water

Mix well until it dissolves. Let it Cool in room temperature & than pour the mixture on top of pudding..

Keep for 2 hours in referigerator to set..

Once set cut into desired shapes & serve chilled.
