1 Whole chicken (cut)
1 Tbsp. Jerk seasoning
8 Grains pimento seed
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. All purpose powdered seasoning
1 Tsp. Ginger, Garlic and pimento seasoning
1 Tsp. Browning
1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp. Walkerswood Jerk seasoning

TO MAKE MIX BLEND
1/2 Onion
1 Stalk esciallion
3 Cloves garlic
4 Stalk fresh tyme
1/2 cup water
