Milo Maja Blanca Recipe
Ingredients
2(22g) sachet Milo
1 cup warm water (to dissolve milo)
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup water (to dissolve cornstarch)
2 cup coconut milk
1 Big Can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk
1 Big Can (425g) Sweet Cream Corn
1/2 cup Sugar
Grated Cheese (for toppings)

Procedure
1. Dissolve 2 sachet of milo in warm water. Set Aside.
2. In a pan or pot combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, sweet cream corn, milo mixture and sugar. Mix well.
3. Turn on stove and bring mixture to a boil, over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
4. In a bowl combine cornstarch and water. Mix well until cornstarch is fully dissolved.
5. When the mixture simmers gradually pour cornstarch mixture while continously stirring to prevent lumps. Mix until mixture thickens to a smooth paste consistency.
6. Transfer mixture into a baking pan or baking dish. Using a spoon or spatula smooth the surface. Let it cool then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until completely set. Serve with grated cheese on top.
