KEY INGREDIENTS :
Bangda Fish
Gram Flour
Curd
Rawa
Kasuri methi
Ajwain
Red chilly powder

PROCESS :

1. Put mark on the fish & marinate with turmeric powder & salt.
2. Make a masala with 3-4 tbsp besan(gram flour), 1 tbsp kasuri methi & 1 pinch of ajwain.
3. Fry all these ingredients & keep it aside.
4. Now take a pot add 3 tbsp curd/yogart, 1 tbsp red chilly powder and this besan masala.
5. Mix it properly & make a paste .
6. Cover the fish with this paste & keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.
7. Now heat the microwave for 3 mins with microwave+convection mode.
8. Now use high rack & put all fish on it.
9. Now put the rack in the heated microwave & heat for 15 mins with 180 degree.
10. After 15 mins check the fish is properly fried or not, if not then keep it for more 3-4 mins.
11. Now Bangda Fish Fry is ready to eat.
