I tried to perfect this ESPASOL, made it a couple of times before publishing and I finally did it, what I usually do is make my family try specially the kids before making the video so if you follow this it should be perfect.
Ingredients:
3 cups glutinous rice flour
400 ml coconut milk
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup macapuno (optional)
