Ingredients
1 egg
85g (1/3 cup) smooth peanut butter
2 bananas
1tbsp honey
50g (1/2 cup) porridge / oatmeal
130g (1 cup) whole wheat flour
1 egg white for brushing tops
extra flour for rolling
