Ingredients
Multigrain bread slices: 4
Finely chopped onion: 1/2
Finely chopped bell peppers: 1/4 cup
Paneer: 3 to 4 cubes
Salt to taste
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 & 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander chopped: 1 teaspoon
Canola oil: 2 teaspoon
Boiled corn: 30g
A few drops of water

Method of Preparation
Take a bowl and combine the corn, paneer, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt and bell peppers & coriander (optional). Mix well.
Now, put the gas flame on to heat a pan
Meanwhile, take the slices of bread and cut off the edges and sprinkle a little water on 1 slice of bread and flatten out slightly with a rolling pin being careful not to tear the bread. Repeat with other slices.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre of 1 slice of bread closed with another slice using a little water on the edges if needed to bind. Crimp the edges close with a fork.
Shallow fry in oil on a hot non-stick tawa till golden and crisp on both sides.
