1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 Tablespoon black pepper
1/3 Tablespoon sea salt
1/4 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 cup water
