plenty of curry leaves
2 garlic
small piece ginger
4 green chillies ( adjust as per need)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder ( do not add more)
1/4 tsp coriander powder ( do not add more)
1/2 cup water to cook the ash guard ( add more if required)
vinegar 1/4 tsp ( add more if required)
3/4 to 1 cup thick coconut milk
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
1 dried red chilly
salt to taste
coconut oil as required
