Raspberry Ripple Cake

Bahan A
250gm salted butter (half cold)
100gm caster sugar

Bahan B
100gm self raising flour

Bahan C
4 eggs
5gm aroma vanilla

Bahan D
150gm self raising flour

Bahan E
60gm milk
40gm golden syrup / honey / maple syrup / corn syrup

Bahan F
150gm raspberry frozen fruits (blend)

Bahan G
800gm readymade Aroma Swiss meringue buttercream
Sedikit raspberry jam
1 tea spoon raspberry powder

Methods
Dengan balloon whisk at low speed pukul Bahan A 30saat. Tukar high speed pukul selama 8 minutes.

Tukar low speed Masukkan Bahan B pukul 15 saat. Kemudian tukar semula high speed pukul lagi 2 minutes.

Kemudian selepas 2 minutes, Sambil pukul, masukkan Bahan C satu persatu sehingga habis dan teruskan pukul lagi 2 minutes.

Tukar low speed masukkan Bahan D pukul 15saat. Stop mixer
Kaupbalik Bahan E sehingga sebati sahaja.

Bahagikan kepada 3 loyang 8” yang telah Di sapu butter / spray.
Swirlkan blended frozen raspberry fruits
Bakar 170c 20minutes atau sehingga masak
Biarkan sejuk

Asing kan 1/4 dari readymade Aroma Swiss meringue buttercream campur dengan 1/2 tea spoon raspberry powder...ripple effect.

Layer cake dengan Swiss meringue. Lapisan kedua ratakan raspberry jam.

Frosting yang Akhir dengan ripple raspberry. Dan tabur kan baki 1/2 tea spoon raspberry powder
