Pineapple Inipit Cake (recipe sa aking bakery)
Ingredients:
Cake
10 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup cake flour
2 cups evaporated milk (you can use fresh milk)
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup cornstarch
1 pack pineapple powdered juice
Egg yellow food color
Bake at 150°C for 12-15 mins.
Transfer the cake immediately after getting out of the oven
Pan used: two 30x40cm. Pan
