Bread Manchurian

Ingredients
Bread - 5 slices
Water
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped carrot - 25 grams
Chopped onion - 1 mid sized
Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 20 ml
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil - 250 ml
Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
Spring onion - 50 grams
Chopped ginger - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chillies - 3
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Ajinomoto - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour (1 tablespoon) + water (50 ml) mixed
Chopped spring onion - 2 tablespoon
Preparation
Dip bread slices in water and the squeeze the water out.
In a mixing bowl add the bread, black pepper, chopped carrot, chopped onion, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and mix well.
Drop golf ball sized portions of the bread mix in hot oil and deep fry. Keep aside.
In a deep pan add cooking oil, chopped garlic, spring onion, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and sauté. Add fried bread balls, salt, tomato sauce, soya sauce, ajinomoto and white pepper. Mix well. Mix cornflour and water in a small bowl and pour it into the pan. Mix well. Add chopped spring onion and mix.
