This Chicken curry is super fast and easy. Could It be a Korma, well perhaps in the UK or Western terms it could be? Take a look below for what you will need and method. Enjoy.

1kg chicken skin on bone in cut
1 large onion
2 ripe tomatoes
1 heaped Tbsp curry powder
Fresh chilli to taste
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
1.2 cup Cilantro/Coriander
1/2 cup ground Almonds
2 tsp each of garlic and ginger
Cream 1.2 cup - any cream thick or thin

Apart from the cream and the almond mix everything in a bowl.
Add the mixture to a pan and cook for 15 mins. Medium heat
Now add a little water and cook for 7 mins
Lower to a simmer add the cream and ground almonds and cook for 2 mins.
That is it.
