Easy VEGETABLE EGG DROP SOUP Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

2 litres Water
1 medium Onion (white), finely chopped
1 medium Carrot, finely chopped
Celery, chopped
3 large Eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Chicken broth cubes
1/2 cup Cornstarch (dilute in 1/2 cup water)
