Deep Fried Oysters Recipe! (Make those oysters in a tub taste great!)

Finally a recipe that makes those oysters in a tub taste fantastic!
Start with a 16 oz tub of oysters, drain and rinse well.
Cover with half and half or butter milk, add at least 1 tbsp.
hot sauce. Refrigerate over night or at least 8 hours.
The next day drain off excess milk but do not rinse with water.
Dredge in a mixture of:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Deep fry in 350 degree oil for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Make a dipping sauce with 1/2 cup ranch dressing and
1 tsp. sriracha sauce. Mix with your finger! Lol
