These fluffy Italian doughnuts with banana custard filling are a hit for any occassion!

BOMBOLONI:
200g Bread Flour
130g Plain Flour
80g Caster Sugar
4g Instant Yeast
50g Salted Butter
2# Whole Eggs
110ml Cold Water
1tbsp Vanilla Essence
1tbsp Lemon Zest

CUSTARD:
500ml UHT Full Cream Milk
150g Caster Sugar
90g Egg Yolks
40g Corn Starch
1tbsp Vanilla Essence

Additional: 2 ripe bananas for Banana Custard
You can use any fruits you like! Add to milk, quantity according to taste.
