Ingredients:
1 slab of salmon
6 pieces calamansi
Chopped garlic
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
Dill
Garlic and herbs (you can also put oregano or basil)
Olive oil

Instructions:
-Season the salmon with calamansi, garlic, salt and pepper
-Mix the mayonnaise and cream cheese thoroughly (emulsify)
-Spread the mixture on top of the salmon
-Add a pinch of dill, garlic and herbs, parmesan cheese and a dash of olive oil.

Cover it with foil.

Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees and then adjust it to 200 degrees.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.
