For Cake:
2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
½ cup Bailey’s
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
For Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup crushed doubled stuff oreos
2 tbs Baileys (or more if needed)
For frosting use your choice of buttercream frosting.
All cakes are baked at 325°F unless otherwise specified.
