BEST Homemade Pecan Finger Cookie

These homemade Pecan Finger Cookies taste delicious.
Great for any Holiday!
Very little sugar is used and the cookie melts in your mouth.
Very easy to make.

Homemade Pecan Finger Cookies
½ cup butter
3 TBSP confectioner sugar
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
1 TBSP milk

Cream butter and add remaining ingredients
Mix Well

Form cookies with hands making slender individual rolls
Place on ungreased baking sheet

Bake 350 degrees for 18 minutes

While still warm roll in or sift on more confectioner sugar
Makes about 3 dozen
