Goan Pulau/Aroz- Original Rice Speciality Authentic-Konkani Recipe

Never seen before on You Tube, this is an Original Goan Aroz/Pulao from me and from my wife ,cooking recipe, with step by step cooking.

It is similar to that of Risotto rice. the only difference is without the cheese. It is commonly served for weddings and on festive occasions in Goa, a former province of Portugal.
