Ingredients:
For sugar syrup:

Water 6 cup
Sugar 3 cup
Cardamom 4 pcs
Lemon juice 4

For dough:

Full cream milk powder 2 cup
Flour 1/3 cup
Semolina 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
