This is one of my favourite, low fat, high protein and easy fish recipes!!
You can marinate it in advance and serve it for yourself, company, party or holiday celebration!!
My recipe is 5sp depending on how much sauce you use and the amount of salmon you use!!
Once cooked eat immediately or keep it in a sealed container in the fridge for only a few days!!!
Great for lunch, brunch, dinner or even a healthy snack!!!
Ingredients:
My recipe made 4 large pieces of salmon! Each serving is only 1sp if you are following WW!!
First preheat your oven to 400 degrees!
Add parchment paper to your baking sheet
1. 5 tsp or more garlic powder
1.5 tsp or more onion powder
Sprinkle of Pink Himalayan salt
2 tbs of Lite House Dilly Dip Sauce 5 sp
Add fresh Dill on top is optional!!
Directions :
Add onion, garlic powder and salt to the fish
With a small brush spread Dill sauce ( if it's cut already add sauce to the sides and back of the fish)
Cut salmon into Slices
Add more sauce to the sides and back of you want.
Add to your baking sheet
Bake for 17 to 20 minutes!!
Use a small knife or fork to cut the middle of the salmon to ensure its fully cooked!!
Enjoy with your favourite vegetables, salad, squash, rice, Stirfrys, potatoes, etc..
